Akbar Bozorgian (10th annual Engraving Exhibition)

Akbar Bozorgian, was born in Isfahan in
1955. He started working in Locksmith Bazaar, when he was 6 years old.
Whereas this activity in the Bazaar was almost assumed as types of satisfied the great artist lover.
Thus, after he passed his 14 years old,he putaside working in the Bazaar and commenced artistic activities.
He made his art to be more specialized and outstanding, without benefiting from the attendance of any Major of Arts.
Later on he became more acquainted with some great and prominent Great Artists, including Messrs. Alaghemandan and Dehnavi and both of the
aforesaid took a great part in his persuasion and encouragement.
Presently one of the honors of Mr. Bozorgian, The great artist, is that in addition to his specialty and exclusive, works in field of creation and preparation all types of engraving works, as Sasanids, Achaemenids and Safavies on any types of metals, such as, silver, brass and copper, as well as he Prepares the infrastructure works or the materials, applied by the embossed engravings Masters of arts.
Mr. Bozorgian also participated in the first throughout fairs of State Crafts Industries (held in Chehelsotoon Bagh, Isfahan), in 1990 and arranged to display his artistic effects in the second throughout fairs of Shiraz, in 1991. He has also received several Awards of Appreciations, from the Organization of Iran Crafts.
