"Phayton" literally means radiant or luminous, and is derived from the name of one of the lanterns from the Timurid era.
In this artwork, five lanterns placed around the piece symbolize light, awakening, and hope, while the flames of fire at the lower part refer to the eternal flame that never goes out.
This work reflects humanity’s quest for light and hope amid darkness and despair.
